Alice H. Chang, Chief Executive Officer

Alice H. ChangAlice H. Chang joined CyberLink in 1997 as the CEO of CyberLink Corp.

Formerly the Executive Vice President of Trend Micro Inc. and investment consultant at CitiCorp Investment Bank (1988-1990), Alice brings years of experience in international sales and marketing for the software and Internet industry.

Under her leadership, CyberLink has recorded continuous annual growth, solid earnings and high market growth. In October 2000, Alice lead CyberLink Corp. to be listed on the Taiwan Over the Counter Exchange at a record-breaking stock price. In 2004 CyberLink also received regional recognition as a leading small cap enterprise.

During the last two years, Alice has overseen the expansion of CyberLink's product line. Building on the hugely successful PowerDVD, CyberLink now offers a broad range of DVD burning applications and solutions for the digital home.

Alice earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from UCLA. She received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University.

Dr. Jau Huang, Chairman

Dr. Jau HuangDr. Jau Huang founded CyberLink Corp. in 1996, with a focus on the development of digital video and Internet technologies. As of today, Jau personally heads the product team, which consists of product managers, software developers and testing engineers. Their proven track record in developing world-class software has won them numerous awards, and recognition from technology professionals around the globe.

Jau is the founder of the Multimedia and Communications Lab at National Taiwan University (NTU) and was a professor for graduate students at the CSIE (Computer Science and Information Engineering) department of NTU. His roles and relationship with NTU kept him abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the IT industry.

As lecturer and Chairman, Jau enjoys sharing his vision of the digital video world with his product development team and is a key proponent of CyberLink's mission to be a market and technology leader.

Jau earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at UCLA in 1988. He received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Shing Wong , General Manager of CyberLink USA

Shing WongShing Wong joined CyberLink in August 2002 and brings with him over 21 years of IT industry experience, holding different senior management positions in operations, sales, marketing and R&D. Shing is the General Manager of CyberLink USA and currently heads operations at CyberLink's Fremont, California office.

Prior to joining CyberLink, Shing was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Silicon Integrated Systems Corp.'s U.S. operations. As the GM of SiS-U.S., he set up and spearheaded SiS' businesses in US and Europe with companies such as IBM, Dell, NEC, DEC, Compaq, HP, Fujitsu/Siemens, Micronics, etc. As the general manager of SiS-U.S., Shing was also responsible for strategic alliances with business partners in the United States, such as Microsoft, Intel, AMD, etc.

Prior to SiS, Shing was at Intel Corporation from 1981 until 1992 where he held different senior management positions in the Architecture Group, defining product road maps of the Mid-range Microprocessor Products Division as well as senior design engineering positions in the microprocessor developments of the i486SL, i386SX and i286 microprocessors.

Shing received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He holds 2 patents for VLSI Design and CPU Architecture.

Shinichi Bitoh , President of CyberLink Japan

Shuichi TakagiShinichi Bitoh joined CyberLink in 2007.

With an over 28-years career in the software business, including key executive roles in the industry’s global organizations, Bitoh serves as CyberLink Japan’s President, overseeing the sales organizations and business development in the Japan market. With his track record of expanding markets, growing teams, and creating corporate value, Bitoh is a hands-on leader, an enthusiastic business evangelist, and a collaborative team player.

Prior to joining CyberLink, Bitoh worked at BE-Partners as an Executive Consultant overlooking new business development. Prior to that, Bitoh was the President of Global Knowledge Network Japan Inc. in 1998 and was instrumental in rapidly expanding their businesses and operations in Japan. Bitoh has also held many years of senior management positions at SAP and Oracle.

Bitoh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Machine Engineering Science from Meiji University in Japan.

Johnny Tseng, VP of Research & Development

Johnny TsengJohnny Tseng joined CyberLink in 1999 with the primary responsibility of RD resource management and technical survey.

He has an extensive background in multimedia networking, high speed networking, network security and audio video compression. Currently his focus is on software engineering and operating systems.

Johnny received his Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University in 1997.
